I wasn't aware of the Team, and I'd be very glad to join. I already have working packages for SDL, SDL Image, SDL Mixer, SDL TTF and SDL gfx, which I planned to upload real soon. I can inject them in git and modify them a bit in case that you have set on some common rules for packaging in the Team. I already requested to join the Alioth group and joined the mailing list too.
