That's an improvement, but it doesn't read well to me. It sounds like
the package is a clock in a window manager; i.e. it is both clock
*and* window manager.
Do you need to qualify the window manager with “light weight”? I get
the impression that it should work in any window manager that supports
docking.
Is the term “applet” applicable? How about:
dockable clock applet for various window managers
