Hi. Is it mainly targetted at end-users or sysadmins ?
In the latter case, there's also already backupninja in Debian that offers a backend for duplicity, which may be an interesting alternative. Otherwise, I think it's great to have many duplicity-related tools in Debian ;) Just my 2 cents.
