I indend to submit a repackaged w9wm at mentors.debian.net within days, or even shorter. The work has already proceeded into fine tuning! A corresponding message has been filed at the cloned #559951. My thanks to Tim Retout for informing me of the necessity to submit to both entries #508097 and #559951, which I a priori did not expect.
