I needed awstats for a project, so I build a Debian lintian-clean package. It's
available at http://www.debian.org/~ericvb/potato
Note this is a potato build. I might do a package for unstable soon too.
I had to correct the main script, since it wasn't FHS compliant (you mayn't
place config files in /usr/lib/....)
Are you still interested in maitianing this packages ? You posted an ITP 136
days ago. I can maitain the package if you want me to.
