Subject: ITP: morisawa -- VF/TFM files for japanese PS fonts for TeX

Package: wnpp
Severity: wishlist

morisawa fonts are famous and standard PS fonts and Ryumin-Light,
GothicBBB-Medium are installed in almost all PS printer in Japan
but there are three more basic fonts, FutoMinA101-Bold, FutoGoB101-Bold
and Jun101-Light.

This package provides VF/TFM files to use these five basic morisawa
fonts in TeX and printer drivers.

It contains few TFM files which come from ptex-base and ptex-base
is not in main so, unfortunately, this is also in non-free (it forbids
commercial use, for example. But other files are free.)

You can find this in

ftp://ftp.ascii.co.jp/pub/TeX/ascii-ptex/jvf/

and binary package will be named as vfdata-morisawa5 so that one
can easily guess what this is.

Best Regards, 2001.6.26
