Consequently, if you want to use various SKK dictionary files included in skkdic-extra, you have to make one dictionary file from them. Though non-interactive tools for this purpose are already provided in skktools, I have written a package named skkdic-conf with which you can select favorite dictionaries through debconf. The license of skkdic-conf is GPL2.
