In case you didn't realize, this goes in non-free:
(a) You are granted a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license,
subject to the claims of any third parties, to use SPREAD Version 3.13
or lower for non-commercial, education, or research purposes only.
(There a bunch more stuff in there that makes it non-free, but
the above is enough).
