Package: wnpp Version: N/A; reported 2001-04-08 Severity: wishlist I could find no CASE tool that supports UML diagrams in Debian, and Argo is quite usable and stable, although not yet complete.
I found no other usable open-source CASE tool. It depends on Java 1.2 (1.3 seems to work); since there's an ITP on Blackdown jdk1.3 (bug #90243), I believe there shouldn't be any problems? >From the webpage (http://www.argouml.org/): *** The goal of the ArgoUML project is to build an object oriented design tool that is: A joy to use (we really mean it), Actually helpful to designers when they are making design decisions, Completely open source Java, Leading edge (supports the latest UML specifications), Modular and extensible, Integrated with the web and other Tigris tools. *** I don't know if the license is ok - seems to be a standard license from the University of California.
