Ok, I've set up packages for peercast along with libpeercast1 and libpeercast-dev. I tried to follow debian policy, but did not implement autotools. As far has I have tried, including <peercast/*.h> should work when libpeercast-dev is installed. Then gnome-peercast will be able to build depend on libpeercast-dev and runtime depend on libpeercast1.
