Package: wnpp

I adopted this package a while back, and have had fun getting it fixed
up and working a bit better, including creating some some good patches
and getting them integrated upstream, but it still has a lot of
hard-to-resolve issues, and I'm really running out of time and interest
to work on it.

I'll keep maintaining it for a while, but this package could certainly
use a new maintainer who is more interested in it. =)
