I see that my email client wrapped Gunnar's sentence to multiple lines, and I inserted a ">" only at the beginning of the sentence, so the lines after the first indeed appear unquoted. I would have thought it was clear enough that those lines were the continuation of the previous line (honestly, I didn't even think about that), but it seems it wasn't. I'm sorry if that confused you.
