Assuming your true preference is (A->B->D->C) ([1243]) where D is the
default option and A, B, and C require a 3:1 majority over the default
option and the following situation:
[ABCD]
[1332]: 0
[3132]: 299
[2221]: 100
you are better off voting your true preference [1243] than [1332].
