I partially solved it putting this arguments:
/usr/bin/kmail  [-s %s] [--body %b] [%t]

and I get subject(s), and to(t) in the new message dialog box, but I don't get 
the message body to make replies to debian lists.
I want to get something like this:
"on May, Sun XX, 2004, XXX wrote:
>text of message that I want 
>to reply"

How could  that be done?
