Hi Mike, chkconfig is a/was a? command used on redhat to set up the /etc/inid.d/ command and /etc/rcN.d/ symlinks. I think 'update-rc.d' may be the command that is the closest to it. Do a 'man' on it for more details or just 'cp' the main file to /etc/init.d and add appropriate symlinks in /etc/rcN.d
