Install wmakerconf (apt-get install wmakerconf).
launch it and go to Appearance Tab, you can choose the font for each component.

i ran fc-cache and ran xf86Config several time for that but nothing!
If anybody have any id that would relieve me from having my ernomous thunderbird :)
