k3b_0.11.6-1 is not one of the packages from the Debian archives, so find the person who provided this and make him/her fix it. If you still want to install this package now you could do dpkg --force-overwrite /var/cache/apt/archives/k3b_0.11.6-1_i386.deb and proceed from there. Do so at your own risk... Cheers, Flo
