Hello everybody, I'm trying to get sound working on my machine, here's a little bit of info on the machine:
PIII 866MHz with 64 MB RAM C-Media CMI8738 (cmipci) 2.6.3 kernel with alsa I do get some sounds, however it sounds horrible. The sound is skipping all the time (whether I have a high load or almost nothing at all) with any player (tried alsaplayer, xmms, mp3blaster). Any ideas what this could be? Thanks!
