Its a question of codec. The default is divx 4/5 which requires a plugin under M$. Try using vcodec= with one of wmv1 wmv2 mpeg1video mpeg2video msmpeg4v2 mjpeg ljpeg I think at least all of these but the last two should work don't know about the last two.
