It was childish. I don't recall hearing "Quebec" speak at all, let alone insist on anything. All I saw was some guy whose native language was not English ask a question in his own language. Happens frequently on this list. I've seen questions to this list in Spanish, Italian, Portugese, and even French, not necessarily from Quebec. They usually either get a polite answer from someone who speaks the language, or a polite pointer to a list where they might be better understood. There is no need to attack the person just because you think everyone in YOUR country should speak YOUR language. Just ignore the question if it doesn't interest you, for whatever reason.
