-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 One thing I've noticed is Comcast's network isn't the most reliable in the world when it comes to sustaining a connection with no activity. In putty, you can tell it to send a keepalive every n seconds, which for me, has been 100% reliable in maintaining the connection.
I can't seem to find a similar option in ssh 1:3.6.1p2-12. What do other people on budget networks do for keepalives? (And for that matter, why doesn't every network-oriented program have some method to send a keepalive?) - -- .''`.
