Bug #225399 prevented ntop 1:2.2c-1 from being promoted to testing.
However, there seems to be an m68k binary in the archive now. While I'm
not sure how it got there, that does at least mean that there's no need
to consider this bug release-critical for now, so I've downgraded it.

ntop 1:2.2c-1 should reach testing tomorrow.
