I think you missed the earlier parts of this particular thread; TB does not do what I suggested above; rather that was an incredulous question that I was posing. TB does not have a Follow-up button but rather employs/misuses the reply button for that purpose. > > > Still, TB and Moz's main weakness is lack of mailing list support. > > Alas, this is a failing of many otherwise capable MUAs. And if TB had a reply-list button for mailing lists it would probably also get a proper follow-up button for newsgroups, since it would employ the same one. But it just doesn't seem to be a priority for either Mozilla or TB, since the relevant bugs (for Mozilla) are relatively old, which is unfortunate since the presence of proper reply-list/follow-up functions in Mozilla could be used as a bit of a bludgeon against the oft-repeated argument that there are no mail clients for Windows with such functionality. As an aside, are there any mailers for Windows that have a reply-list button/function? Eudora? Pegasus? The Bat? I've not used them so I really don't know but to my knowledge none of them do. -- David P James Ottawa, Ontario http://members.rogers.com/dpjames/ There is no art which one government sooner learns of another than that of draining money from the pockets of the people. -Adam Smith, The Wealth of Nations -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
