If you can get Microsoft to sell you a copy without requiring as part of the purchase agreement acceptance of the EULA. The EULA is a contract. It says that in return for a copy of the subject work you agree to abide by the terms of the EULA, which forbid you to do some things that you would be allowed to do in its absence.
