What causes aptitude to check bug reports before installing packages? My older install does this; my newer one doesn't. I thought installing apt-listbugs would do the trick, but apparently not. I tried dpkg-reconfigure on both apt and aptitude, but no luck. I also don't see anything obviously related in /etc.
