Installed kpilot and pilot-xfer. Using palm tt. Have tried the suggested stuff on the kpilot site.
/dev/pilot -> /dev/ttyUSB0 /dev/ttyUSB0 -> /dev/usb/tts/0 /dev/usb/tts gets created when I hit the hotsync button (devfsd is running so I assume that it does this). Hit the hotsync button, wait 3 and then run pilot-xfer -p /dev/usb/tts/0 -L lists all the files on the palm. However - I can't get kpilot to run the sync. Start kpilot you get: Version: KPilot 4.3.10 (BRANCH) Version: pilot-link 0.11.8 Version: KDE 3.1.5 Version: Qt 3.2.3 HotSync Log Press the hotsync button (app this time) it states 16:30:48 HotSyncing. Please press the HotSync button. So - I press the HotSync button (palm) and - nothing happens. I've tried using /dev/pilot, and direct to /dev/usb/tts/0 - no diff. Anyone out there got this running with the kpilot deb? -- Chris Searle -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
