The true adventure begins after you downloaded

  https://get.debian.org/images/archive/3.0_r1/i386/jigdo-cd/woody-i386-1.jigdo

https://get.debian.org/images/archive/3.0_r1/i386/jigdo-cd/woody-i386-1.template

and run in the download directory

  jigdo-lite woody-i386-1.jigdo

Answer with empty text to the prompts of the first run

  Files to scan:
  Debian mirror [http://archive.debian.org/debian/]:

If this run of jigdo-lite in the end reports missing files, then re-run
with other answers to the "Debian mirror" prompt.

Record the URLs which you enter to that prompt, for the case that you
really can get a complete ISO that way. (jigdo-lite will tell.)
That URL list would be interesting to Csaba to achieve the goal of
having a complete 3.0r1 CD set.

Have a nice day :)

Thomas
