systemd-timesyncd is one of the possible ways to keep your clock in
sync.  Others include ntpsec, chrony, and openntpd.

Most people, if they're connected to the Internet, should have one of
those packages installed and configured to keep their clock in sync.
They all use the NTP protocol, and there are worldwide NTP servers
set up just for this.
