I did install debian 13 by virt-manager.

Debian 13 have many mp4 files (taken from YouTube by yt-dlp script). I
would like to play that mp4 files in Ubuntu 18.04. Maybe is that
possible mount filesystem from HOST to GUEST? Or other comments welcome!
It is possible to mount virtual disk image with "qemu-nbd", however I
think it will be more convenient for you to setup a shared folder on the
host and transfer files from host to guest and vice versa.
I recommend Samba, as it is more simple to install and also supported by
multiple OSs, so all your guest VMs could use it.
As one-off file transfer, "scp" or "rsync" can do that.
