virt-install expects them in /usr/share/ovmf while the ovmf package places them in /usr/share/OVMF.
I may be wrong, but I expect that libvirt should consult the following file for the actual location
| ./usr/share/qemu/firmware/60-edk2-x86_64-amdsev.json
