Unfortunately, I haven't been able to figure out where the phone holds its address book; I'm assuming that it's in some restricted area that's not accessible to a USB connection. In any event, I've spent enough time fiddling with this. Time to get a life. I'll re-enter everything by hand and let it go at that.
