I can't get to kde-config-sddm except by way of KDE settings, which I can't get to, because I can't select KDE from the "select window manager" widget, which login screens position off the screen if the VGA monitor "auto configures" itself to be horizontally wrongly positioned by a few hundred pixels. It would be better if gdm3 and sddm put the widget at bottom center instead of bottom right.
