I am not sure who the maintainer for the Cisco VIC drivers is. But the ones that come with Debian 12 don't support SR-IOV. It is quite old
I was wondering who can I reach out to get them updated, so they have SR-IOV moving forward? I know they support SR-IOV in the newer version because Cisco Linux Driver package comes with prebuilt kmod for Ubuntu, and I have tested on Ubuntu distro. The source code is readily available from Cisco's linux iso package. I do not have the skills to modify the 'make' script or any of that. I was hoping someone that maintains these drivers can possibly get them upgraded for future versions of Debian.
