90 days is the lifetime for LE. 

You can obtain the certificate using another host connected to the
Internet and then manually copy the certificate (+Key etc) over to your
Isolated machine.

As noted by the first response, you probably don't need an LE cert if
you are in isolation and only talking Internally.
