Dear Debian,
I am having difficulty in attempting to access your facilities. From
Debian's response it would
appear a security issue. This is partially confirmed by "Open
Printing's" response of "Not
Allowed" by a request for the software required for my HP LaserJet
2100m printer.
The breach of security could have arisen in my mistaken use of "gb"
instead of Debian's prefix
of "uk" in their uk site's address. It used to"gb". Too late, I
realised my error. Security is a
growing problem, hence Debian's sensitivity.
Another area of sensitivity is "server overload". During a download my
machine got caught in a
"deadly embrace" and it resulted in multiple downloads, which must
have led to frustration and
irritation.
If I have caused Debian problems I apologise, and I will try not to
repeat the offences.
If you can unlock the hold on my username, I'd be grateful.
Yours faithfully

Your first message and two more were sent and received successfully.
You need to describe in more detail what do you trying to achieve.
Please, include bits of information as you use it, like exact URLs,
domain names, commands you type, etc.
How experienced you are with Linux in general? Maybe a guide book would
help you?
It is free and you can view it from here:

For now I can tell you are having some problems with your system or the
Internet connection and simply misinterpret things.
I assure you, Debian is not blocking you from anything and doesn't have
remote control or enforcing policies over your system.
