Old stable / 11: Installs new kernel source, but not a new kernel. Stable / 12: New net-tools comes with ifconfig with empty numeric values: It's all zero; RX packets 0 bytes 0 (0.0 B) RX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 frame 0 TX packets 0 bytes 0 (0.0 B) TX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 carrier 0 collisions 0 My rrdtools based graphs now use 'ip' instead; ip -s link show dev Some_Device It's a bit odd though.
