Aha! I didn't know that mapping was already there. This works for me, so
I don't need to worry how to use "Pause" instead.
I expected you need shortcuts like Super+→ (tile window to right half)
or Super+PageDown (maximize window). In KDE settings the Windows key
appears as "Meta". The must be declared as a modifier for this purpose.
Notice that KDE likely overrides /etc/default/keyboard by values saved
on first login. You either need to disable it or to configure keyboard
namely in KDE.
As David wrote, you can not use arbitrary xkb options. If you do not
like altwin:prtsc_rwin then you may need to write you own xkb
configuration file.
To get actual state of configuration:
setxkbmap -print
