?? No one suggested trying to do bind mounts from inside the chroot. Clearly that is not going to work. Bind mounts are normally done from outside before you enter the chroot. If you want a step by step tutorial on how to install Debian bookworm into a chroot it's probably not that hard to find and I would recommend following something like that (assuming you really want to do a chroot install) because it seems like you are struggling with some of the fundamentals here.
