I'd suggest just backporting the currrent version from sid rather than trying to modify the one in bullseye, as the most significant changes were already made when gssapi was split into a separate package. (I'd also recommend upgrading to bookworm.) You can either remove the build-dependency on dh-sequence-movetousr or use a backported version of debhelper.
