The one I am using is simply "Adblock" and is at version 4.2.3-3 (I'm
running OpenWrt 23.05.5 on a Buffalo WZR-600DHP router which has 128 MB,
plenty for this package).  Other packages cater to lower memory
situations, as I understand it.
