Since this is just a mailing list of Debian users, no one here is empowered to do what you ask. The proper procedure would be to report it as a wishlist bug on apt-get in the Debian bug tracker. However as purely my lowly user opinion, it is a terrible idea and will be instantly rejected. All that will happen in this thread though is a back and forth about whether it's a good idea or not.
