I haven't seen this hit yet (though I probably will next time I dist-upgrade against testing), but a comment in bug #1094263 leads me to suspect that there is now supposed to be an 'apt modernize-sources' sub-command, which looks like it might be intended to make this type of conversion. ...except that, per the rest of the discussion in that bug, it almost certainly won't be able to predict which signer to apply for each sources.list entry.
