I'm working on a weird personal proof-of-concept project. A HTML 5 compatible browser will *NOT* be considered. I would really prefer a product aimed at HTML 2. In any case CSS and/or JavaScript will not be used.[Before I get flamed on supposed security issues - system will be isolated from web by design.]
I would prefer it operate under 64 bit Debian 12. Operation under i386 Debian 9 would be acceptable. Any suggestions? TIA
