Hi Gene,

Armbian is off-topic here (as often stated) - maybe raise this with the
Armbian folks?

As ever, it is *REALLY* hard to debug the problems you raise because we
don't have enough information.

You don't make it clear which boards you have that only run Armbian.

All the best, as ever,

Andy
(amaca...@debian.org)

You can assume that when I mention armbian its running on a 4g bananapi-m5, its the best arm64 out there by a long row of apple trees. A full, current ubuntu desktop release corresponding to trixie w/xfce4 today. I hate to say it, but in arm64, debian is simply not it the game unless I'm getting my downloads from a duff mirror. debian simply, obviously, doesn't care about the arms. There are arm64 users by the millions out here in the 3d printer world. Even the simple question of where to get the latest download that /might/ run on arm stuff and Just Work, goes ignored.

I've attempted to bring debian-arm problems to that list, only to be repeatedly told that list is for developers only and my requests for help making something work have been routed to /dev/null. I've even offered to setup a monthly stipend to help debian meet expenses but the only path you offer is paypal, and they owe me money I'll never collect, so I do no business with paypal. That is YOUR problem. I get along just fine w/o them.
.
