Maybe, but;

As an experiment, I added the mozilla repo and updated.  Everything from
their repos was listed as 'new'.  Nothing was marked to be upgraded.  By
extension, I would expect stable to behave in the same manner.

Admittedly, I'm on testing, and only have access to firefox-esr, so
things may well be different on Sid where firefox and firefox-esr are
separate builds.

All that said, I'm no fan of mozilla, so have no intention of running
their unDebianised builds.  I only have firefox-esr installed to use for
comparison purposes if I encounter problems using web sites with my
preferred browser.
