In my email client (Thunderbird) there is a "Reply list" command, which sets
up the message-ID behind the scenes. Yours may have a similar command. I'm
not sure how one would do it manually. Getting it slightly wrong would
result in a broken thread at best, and possibly an unparsaeble message.
