Restriction to only one output usually results from running on a fallback video
driver rather than an appropriate one designed for the GPU. Yours is an Intel
Atom, one with a history of difficulty used with Linux. I have no direct
experience with such hardware so no specific instruction to offer. You may need
to
research which kernel graphics module is required, and whether it is available,
simply failing to load, or needs some optional software installed.
