Hello KJ, there is the snapshot archive at https://snapshot.debian.org/ - You can get older Packages files from there.
I don't know if you mean the links like `Packages.gz -> by-hash/SHA256/c039245acc063d9b42cade368a874bf5e0ee3025a7bb2634f3f3bc601f15bb89` or the actual contents of Packages: These by-hash links are in use since somewhen in 2017 for sid, but since you were talking about looking back a month or two, this should not be a problem. Please also note that there was a time when Packages had no SHA256 fields.
