That information might also inspire the Developers of the remaining chat clients, too. Which then reminds that there's also "reportbug" with its wishlist bug reports "--severity" option. Wishlist could be used to let programs know there are features that could be added to what's already awesome about their current offerings. Pointing Developers at existing open source code would help. Seeing this as a sign to start poking around at Debian programming oneself would be fabulous.
