I just posted this to debian-boot in response to the earlier query there: Try the image for a DVD at https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/iso-dvd/debian-12.5.0-amd64-DVD-1.iso That may give you more packages in order to be able to build the needed kernel modules, at least.
